The 997 Linear Belt Dyeing Machine

                        The 997 features a horizontal working surface which cuts down on energy consumption and
                    allows more ease of use.  It is specially designed for belts or straps which are to be used on
                    many types of luggage.  The dyeing paint that is used is usually water based so that the cleanup
                    is very simple and takes only a short time.  You can simply run the paint tank under warm water
                    and scrub with a sponge.  The machine is especially useful for small pieces of leather that could
                    only otherwise be dyed by hand.  The Edge Dyeing machine is shown on the previous page with
                    the optional drier which has been designed for continuous belt drying.  It can be adjusted for
                    different running speeds and temperature can also be adjusted.

                    This machine can be used to fully automate a line of belt/strap loading, polishing, edge dying,
                    drying, and stacking as shown in the picture below.
