The RP80 Automatic Insole Thermocementer and Binder:

                        The RP80 combines the applications of cementing, binding and the automatic cutting of
                    the tape.  It is also able to bind insoles of many different thickness'.  You can even adjust
                    the amount of cement manually according to the width of the binding, and automatically
                    according to the feed speed.  The binding width can range from 14 to 25 mm.  With the simple
                    press of a button, the machine stores the perimeter length of the insole to be bound in order to
                    automatically cut the tape after the first sample of work.  Or you can do this manually.

                    There are different types of the RP80:
 
                    The RP80A is equipped with a variostop motor that always stops the hammer in the open
                    position after each work cycle.

                    The RP80AN is equipped with a normal friction clutch motor.
